Quality Control Program
Commitment to excellence requires meticulous attention to details. We do this by maintaining a Quality Control Program. Our Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality of service provided to our clients and can frequently be seen inspecting the cleanliness of our maintained facilities. Our Quality Control Program allows us to partner with our clients to proactively and continuously ensure the needs of the facility are being met.
Tools and Techniques:
- Regular Site Inspections. The Quality Control Manager conducts regular inspections and creates Quality Reports to review with with the team and facilities manager.
- Use of Log Books. Log Books are kept on-site as an easy method of communication between facilities managers and the ACS cleaning personnel. Log Books are reviewed nightly by the supervisor.
- Damage Reports. ACS Cleaning personnel are required to report any damages or maintenance needs immediately to their supervisor.
